What can we do for you?  
My name is David Shaw. I'm the founder of West Florida Invest. My goal is to provide you with a simple, low stress, hands off way to safely build your wealth over time while simultaneously building cash flow in preparation for your retirement. Chances are you've been burned by the stock market's wild fluctuations. I've been there and have no desire to go back. The income producing homes we connect our clients with provide a very boring, reliable, and above all safe way to build wealth.

​Who am I - David Shaw - 48 married with 2 young kids 
​I was born and raised in Ireland, have lived in the US for over 18 years, I’ve worked in real estate construction and rehabbing for 25 years, and been a real estate investor for over 20 years. I’ve bought, renovated and sold, 475 south Florida investment homes. I’ve transacted over 1200 Investment deals.  I’ve built up a nice portfolio of high quality B class investment homes personally, and I have learned a thing or two about real estate Investing and Investor Psychology. 
Back to the question what can I do for you?

Common myths about owning real estate
  • I've always heard real estate was a good investment but I don't want to deal with plugged toilets and collecting rent.

The reality about owning real estate
Just because you own a home does not mean you do everything yourself. In reality, when you work with West Florida Invest you do next to nothing. Our team finds the tenant and manages all aspects of the home from maintenance and repairs, to move in and move out procedures. All you have to do is approve what we are doing. Prior to any repairs or new tenant approvals, you simple give us the thumbs up or not. It's as simple as that.

20% down and you've got positive cash flow 
Most of our first time clients turn into repeat customers rather quickly. For as little as 20% down you can own one of our incredible properties with a positive cash flow on day 1! Thanks to the quality of our homes and the areas we focus on, these homes are always in demand. Once you get your feet wet with your first home, you'll quickly want to start adding to your portfolio. 

We Are Your Boots On The Ground

Once you understand how our wealth creation concept works, we pair you with the homes we have sourced and renovate ourselves. We are not salespeople for other sellers. We source, renovate, and remain your boots on the ground after the sale. Unlike so many other groups, we are the source!

From start to finish West Florida Invest is directly involved with your homes as part of your wealth building plan. We buy the home, we renovate the homes, we vet property management for you. No one can provide this level of vertical integration.  We are not middlemen making a commission off a sale.
